He has managed multiple fast food establishments and oversees the dietary department at Grayson Creek of Welcome in Lexington North Carolina. He has experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, and is OSHA certified.

A safe, nutritious diet is vital to manage chronic conditions. Our residents are often susceptible to severe, and sometimes fatal, foodborne illnesses. Education for food safety prevents negative outcomes for the communities we serve. Safe food today ensures healthy lives for tomorrow. "Medication Mishaps with Transitions of Care"

Candace Dufour, PharmD. with Southern Pharmacy Services

Candace Dufour, PharmD, attended Shenandoah University School of Pharmacy, in Winchester VA. She is originally from the Southwestern part of VA. Candace joined the Southern Pharmacy team in 2010 and began her career working as a staff pharmacist. In January 2023, she accepted the position of Director of Consulting Services. Prior to working at Southern Pharmacy, she gained experience in Retail, and Long-Term Care pharmacy focusing on IV and Anticoagulant dosing. Candace enjoys being a liaison between the pharmacy’s customer, and pharmacy departments, to allow Southern to find way to provide superior customer service.
