Basic Exhibitor Registration Includes the following:

Tuesday, September 10th
2 Full Passes to entire event, including vendor/member social and talent show after trade show set-up.
Set-up is from 1:30 PM-5:00 PM.

Wednesday, September 11th,
1 8x10 booth for Trade Show
2 Drink Tickets for the bar
2 Full Passes to President's Dinner following the Trade Show

Bronze Sponsorship is basic level sponsorship that gives 2 full passes to the Vendor/Member Social and Talent Show on Tuesday, September 10th access to the Trade Show on Wednesday, September 11th, but NO BOOTH, and 2 passes to the President's dinner Wednesday evening

Vendors with this sponsorship will be recognized in all published materials, on the website and on Convention Signage.

Extra booth can be added to the basic exhibitor package. It will include 2 additional passes to the event and 2 additional lunches.

Each Booth comes with one 8ft table. This option is if you would like an additional table. If you would like it to be skirted please contact Morgan@ncseniorliving.org.

Web Browsing/email

Web browsing/email. This is for non-registered hotel guests. It is complimentary for hotel guests.

Hospitality Sponsorship grants a hospitality suite at the hotel for one night. The night of sponsorship will be assigned by NCSLA. Association Committee Members will stock the suite and vendor signage will be posted outside of the door. It will be open to Convention attendees after the evening's events are complete.

Platinum Sponsorship is the highest level of sponsorship. It gives 2 full passes to the Vendor/Member Social and Talent Show on Tuesday, September 10th, access to the Trade Show on Wednesday, September 11th, and 2 passes to the President's dinner Wednesday evening.

Vendors with this sponsorship will be recognized in all published materials, on the website and on Convention Signage.

Silver Sponsorship is the second level sponsorship that gives 2 full passes to the Vendor/Member Social and Talent Show on Tuesday, September 10th, access to the Trade Show on Wednesday, September 11th, but NO BOOTH, and 2 passes to the President's dinner Wednesday evening.

Tuesday Night after exhibitor set-up. We invite vendors and members for a social, followed by our talent show and dinner. 2 passes to this event are already included in the basic exhibiting package. This is for anyone extra who may like to attend.

Wednesday Night is our President's Awards Dinner. We invite vendors and members to socialize at our president's dinner, awards presentation and spending spree. 2 passes to this event are already included in the basic exhibiting package. This is for anyone extra who may like to attend.
