Monday, September 14, 2026
3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Exhibitor Set-up
6:00 pm – 7:00 pm Attendee/Vendor Reception
Tuesday, September 15, 2026
7:00 am – 11:30 am Exhibitor Set-up
12:00 pm – 1:30 pm President's Awards Luncheon with Attendees & Vendors
1:30 pm – 4:30 pm NCSLA Trade Show
4:30 pm Vendor Prize Give-A-Ways
4:30 pm – 6:00 pm Exhibit Hall Breakdown

Registration is required
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, August 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM
Cancellation Policy:
Online registration or registration forms must be submitted/received (post marked) by August 21, 2026, to be listed on convention materials.
REGISTRATION AFTER AUGUST 21, 2026 IS ALLOWED AS LONG AS BOOTH SPACE IS STILL AVAILABLE, BUT THE COMPANY INFORMATION MAY NOT BE LISTED IN THE PROGRAM MATERIALS.
Written cancellation will be accepted if received on or before August 21, 2026, to receive a refund (minus a $200 cancellation fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after August 21, 2026.
Exhibitor and Sponsor Fees MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY August 21, 2026.
