2020 NCSLA Virtual Fall Conference - Vendors

We invite your organization to support the NCSLA Virtual Fall Conference! By sponsoring this event, sponsors can showcase your products and services to assisted living industry professionals who are at the forefront of assisted living management around North Carolina.

The traditional Fall Conference & Trade Show is a primary revenue source for our association.  Like so many other organizations, NCSLA has had to transition our conference to a virtual format to ensure everyone's safety.  Your support is truly valued and while we won't be face-to-face this year, we appreciate any level of support that you are able to commit for this year!  

This is a great opportunity for vendor organizations to advertise, promote and support the assisted living industry by sponsoring a segment of the virtual conference. Increase your visibility today and let your organization be in the virtual spotlight this year. 

***Depending on the sponsorship level selected, a vendor may be allowed additional guests that will have access to the recorded webinars.  Please see sponsorship document or contact Kristen Proctor for more information.

PLEASE NOTE: All virtual conference sponsors MUST be an Associate Vendor Member of NCSLA. If you are not yet a member, please contact Kristen Proctor at kristen@nceseniorliving.org to join today! Membership benefits include: your organization name featured on the NCSLA website and in the Caring Magazine.  Sponsors also receive access to the current membership directory, reduced exhibitor event registration rates, sponsorship options and networking opportunities.

Cancellation Policy:
Online registration or registration forms must be submitted/received (post marked) by October 6, 2020, to be listed on conference materials. Written cancellation will be accepted if received on or before October 6, 2020, to receive a refund (minus a $200 cancellation fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after October 7, 2020. REGISTRATIONS MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY October 6, 2020.
